Weekend Warrior Program


The Weekend Warrior is for intermediate exercisers. You might not spend all day in the gym, but you know your way around a dumbbell 🙂


  • 6 weeks long
  • 3 workouts per week
  • 35-45 min per workout
What you’ll achieve: Build muscle, burn body fat, increase cardiovascular endurance
Equipment needed:
  • Barbell and plates
  • Squat rack
  • dumbbells
  • bench
  • pull-up bar
  • box
  • (preferable but optional)– rower, bike, runner
