Brave Beginner Programming


The Brave Beginner is for new to the gym exercisers. 8 weeks of exercise guidance with video examples to help you get in great shape!


  • 8 weeks long
  • 3 workouts per week
  • 45 mins per workout

Achievements: Build confidence with a barbell, get stronger, build muscle, burn body fat, increase cardiovascular endurance

Equipment needed:
  • Barbell and plates
  • squat rack
  • dumbbells
  • bench
  • pull-up bar
  • box
  • (preferable but optional)– rower, bike, kettlebell
