This specialized group class is for both men and women interested in having a more private and smaller group Pilates and Yoga experience. There will be more one-on-one time with the instructor and opportunities to ask questions. Pilates is safe and rehabilitative for people with back pain, arthritis, osteoporosis, scoliosis, and limited flexibility.

After having two kids, I wasn’t thrilled with the changes that happened to my body. I was working out hard but I felt like there was no improvement and I would have to accept that I wouldn’t look as fit as I was. When I first met with Rachel, I told her the areas that were my most frustrating and, after only a few months, I saw the changes I didn’t think were possible! My arms became more defined, my core became leaner and my legs have gotten stronger.
